Profile Description

My career started in Lexmark International ---------- c. as Human Resource Assistant forte in Compensation and Benefits Administration. I worked there for almost 4 years but because of financial needs to support my family, I ventured to working in a BPO industry as it is consider as one of the high paying job in the ---------- took me two different BPO companies before my current employer which is Accenture Philippines. I have been working in Accenture as Collections Support Associate, handling different types of billing concerns for 2 years and 4 mos now. And while working, I took also the opportunity on going back to school taking up Diploma in Professional Education.

As a customer representative, I have learned on how to deliver good customer service and how to calmly deal with clients different attitudes. I've been so proud as well to be one of the top ten performing agent in Global Stack Ranking in one of the BPO company I had worked for. While when I was an HR Assistant, am trained very well when it comes to admin task, how to maintain customer records confidentially and how to work under pressure but still delivering good quality results.

My experiences helped me become more confident in applying in a company as it will benefit them in terms of achieving their goals in a timely manner with less supervision.
