I have 10 years of experience in Customer Service. I have assisted English speaking customers from all over the world. I started at a Call Center in the Philippines and later on became a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. I can provide customer service as well as evaluate ticket, email, chat, and phone cases and will do everything I can to ensure that the support provided is in line with the Service Level Requirements.
