Profile Description

I was a Team Supervisor in an IT company; worked my way up the ladder starting as an agent then promoted after a year. I am adept in using various communication tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Snapengage and GSuite.
Before being a supervisor, I have handled telecommunications and financial companies as a customer service representative. On all the accounts I have worked for in the BPO industry, I have always proven my worth by either being the top agent for consecutive quarters or promoted as an Escalations Senior agent.
During my academic years, I have displayed my prowess in writing and public speaking from elementary until college which earned me a scholarship. I was awarded as the Outstanding Student for Journalism twice and held various positions such as the school paper's Editor-in-Chief and Student Council President.
During my formative years, I have been at the top of my class, maintained my scholarship from Elementary until High School and became a CHED Scholar during my college years.
I have always aspired to be a contributor in whichever company I worked for by mastering the ins-and-outs of the product I would manage and by sharing my ideas on how to make the workplace better that would benefit both the company's business and its employees.
