COMMUNICATION SKILLS- I believe that my communication skills is good enough for me to qualify for the job that I'm looking forward to have. I'm good
in English both oral and written.
MULTITASKING SKILLS - I know this kind of skill is very important. I'm getting used to this. I can do a lot of things at the same time specially if we badly need to save time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - as I've mentioned above with the job that I want, again I know how to handle and provide quality customer service to customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
TELEMARKETING SKILLS- I surely know how to be an effective sales agent/telemarketer. We all have our different techniques and strategies on how to always have a sale and I have my own , I've been through this kind of job before and I could say that I am an effective telemarketer.
WRITING SKILLS -
I also have talent in writing since this is my field. I'm an English major and it's more on literature. So, that includes creative writing, writing poems,short stories, novels and essays as well as technical writing.
COMPUTER SKILLS - been thorough this kind of things since high school, so I could say that I'm proficient enough with using
microsoft word, excel, power point, multimedia, photo editing, video/slide show making
and many more.
