I started out by teaching Koreans how to speak proper English over the phone. I taught my students how to speak English correctly with the use of correct verb tenses and I also taught them how to write and spell english words correctly. I've had this kind of job for almost 3 years with 3 different companies. In this kind of field, we used MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint to make presentations that would help our students learn and enjoy our classes at the same time.
After almost 3 years of teaching English to Koreans, I was able to land a job in a totally different nature of work. Last 2010 I became a Technical Support Agent for Australian based customer's who are having troubles with their smartphones (HTC). I gave troubleshooting steps that would help resolve the issue that customer's have through phone and mostly e-mail. Since I answered around 35 to 50 emails from our customers each day, I have learned to type fast with no grammatical errors and mispelled words.
I have been trained well and I have also learned a lot from my experiences with the companies that I've worked for. I believe that these experiences will be useful and will surely help your business grow.
