Profile Description

Key functions: Client prospection, quotation making, bookings and after sales service.

- Calculates transportation costs (air, rail, car) including lump-sum requests with travel time and excess baggage entitlements;
- Provides information to clients on the most direct and economical route, and advises on itineraries at the most economical airfare available.
- Provides cost estimates for specific itineraries
- Advises about alternative solutions including transportation cost differences, terminal expenses, daily subsistence allowances, stopover allowances etc.

Administration functions: Registered the enterprise (SEC, Mayor's Permit, BIR), regulated the monthly payments (gross taxes, profit taxes, quarterly taxes, annual taxes)

Marketing functions: Conceptualized the brand identity, conceptualized all marketing and sales support (brochures, give a ways, company profile, e-­mail blasts), conceptualized the design and created the content of the website, blog and social media pages

Sales functions: Created sales strategies, scouted for prospect clients and partners, door-­?to-­?door presentation of our offers and services, carried out the complete selling process to clients starting from the quotations until the actual execution of the activity or tour

HR functions: Employee search, interviewing candidates, payroll management and hiring a foreign employee.
