Profile Description

I have undertaken Computer Engineering Technology at Technological University of The Philippines in Taguig and have learnt the basics of both computer software fundamentals (through programming classes such as C++, Visual Basic and Basic), computer hardware fundamentals (through electronics, microprocessors and other similar courses) and troubleshooting, which i find most useful, for both computer hardware and software just as professional "Computer Technicians" or IT personnel do.
I have worked as a Technical Support Representative for two Multinational Companies, serving under their international offshore clients.
As a Dell Tech Support Representative through BPO company TELEPERFORMANCE, I have not only refined my skills for computer hardware troubleshooting, but I have also honed my talent in communicating, instructing, and in common cases, pacifying upset customers through the complicated procedures of computer troubleshooting.
I enhanced my ability for customer service when I moved to Dish Network (a US Satellite Pay-TV Provider) as I was an Advanced Customer Service Representative responsible in the stressful task of receiving, and resolving issues related to the service provided, ranging from bills to rates and even engaging in troubleshooting technical concerns.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
