Profile Description

Currently, I am working as a Quality Monitoring Analyst in a call center
in Makati City,Philippines. I evaluated agents' calls from different accounts. As of the moment, I do not coach the agents directly but I send feedback (positive remarks and practices that they need to improve) via writing.
Back in high school ,I was writing news and short stories
as well. I became the Editor-in-chief of
Gazette Patnubay,
my academy's newspaper. Way back in College, I have experienced doing voice over recordings for DLZB, the university's local radio station. In addition, I became a segment producer and one of the hosts of LB Talk Team. Lb talk is a local magazine program which is sponsored by the College of Development Communication under Community Cable Vision Corporation. I have contributed in the Coverage of Bañamos, a festival in Los Baños Laguna that was first held on August 2002. I have also assisted in the production of the segment “Tanod Kalikasan” with the help of Haribon-UPLB. I can work with less assistance
