Profile Description

I started my career in the BPO industry at 22 and have been to various financial accounts. I have a proven sales success track and am trained by different online courses for a freelancing career. I started my first home-based job way back in 2018 as a lead generation specialist, and I was able to sharpen my English communication skills even further. Before this experience, I worked as a Debt collector for a third-party collection agency, and I also have a background in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, cold calling, and research.  Once I reach a benchmark, I raise the bar and strive for greater heights. I am someone who understands the value of the client and actively listens to their needs. Understanding the client's needs is essential to customer satisfaction and performance.
