I have studied Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management but my first work experience was troubleshooting printers and internet connections as a technical service representative for 2 different companies. I still apply those knowledge I"ve learned from my previous companies, through troubleshooting our printer problems at home, and router, modem and internet problems at home. So i can say I'm still equip to work as a technical support representative-chat/e-mail,
I can be a customer service representative as well, attaining and helping customer needs and questions.
I can be in sales as well, because we upsell inks, carepacks, papers for our customers in HP printers before too.
I can try Data Entry too if there is an available job.
Any job for me would apply, may that be a technical job like troubleshooting as long as i have the right tools to start that job. I used to work with Teletech before, my account was with HP printers. We troubleshoot and fix printing, scanning, faxing, and copying problems of customers. I was with Sykes before too, for AT&T DSL internet connections, we troubleshoot internet problems especially if it is an issue with the modem. In Aegis People Support I was an Erep-retention, we were an online division of experian-the leading national credit bureau. So, any job like chat support for technical problems, customer service, or sales/retention. I was then transferred to an online shopping for UK, company name is BidTv, Pricedrop, BidShopping which I have heard has already closed last March. After that I was then a travel expert for Orbitz Worldwide, trained on GDS and supplier links. We change and cancel flights; make and cancel hotel bookings; book and cancel car reservations. Then the last job I had was for a satellite radio in the US called SIRIUSXM. We do basic troubleshooting, activate and handle bill inquiries.
