Profile Description

I am proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and I am very Internet Savvy. I have trained and worked as a Sales Agent for DishNetwork and Expedia in a call center here in the Philippines so I am very good with the English language, both oral and written.
I also have experience handling Customer Service when I worked for an online gaming company that hosted an online game for country's in South-East Asia(the game was in english), but mostly dealt with it through the Forums and also through e-mails.
I have also done a bit of article writing for the mentioned gaming company, articles about the game characters, worlds, quests , guides, NPC's and about the game itself.
I also helped in writing contents for our website.
I work hard and efficiently and I learn things fairly quick. I can multitask if needed and I will do anything necessary to satisfy my employers needs.
