I have been a customer service representative for AT&T, which is the biggest TELCO company in the US, and also with ORANGE, the biggest TELCO company in the UK for 3 years. This gives me a lot of experience with regards to dealing with different kinds of people around the globe by giving them the best customer service there is. I am now an expert in this line of business so I am very confident that I will be an asset in any customer service related projects or any data entry projects.because of my previous work experience, I am very familiar and literate in using the computer especially MS office and any other applications needed, also I am a multitasker, I can talk to a client while simultaneously writing down pieces of information needed. I am a good listener and this is very important to build rapport and connect with a client.
