I am very good in PowerPoint presentation, MS Word and Excel. Has good background in creating newsletters and publications using MS Publisher.I possess very good organization skills, people skills, and high degree of flexibility. I have worked in number of high profile projects such as preparation and coordination of logistics required for VVIP visit, special events, environmental campaigns, exhibitions and other business functions as required by the department. I successfully implemented the mobilization of a new general services contract numbering 200 personnel plus a fleet of 20 vehicles for the division. I am a member of the safety and good housekeeping team with the goal of identifying safety hazard and improving the work condition at the work site, camp accommodation of the workers, residential, recreational and guest facilities within the division. I initiates reports including recommendations and corrective actions for the issues on hand. Constant follow-up and monitoring is also a part of my agenda until the issues has been resolved and entered into the records book for future reference.
