I previously worked as a data encoder for almost 3 years. Our bosses are also from United States. They send emails for their instructions. We do documents research using their system. Accuracy in typing and speed typing is one of the skills that I have developed. We sometimes answer inquiies through emails or chats and we send our finished products through emails also.
And now, I am currently working as a call center agent for almost 2 years. Answering inbound calls for U.S cardholders. Answering
inquiries about their Visa Credit card, Bonus points for their purchases, and also online assistance in creating their log in account, activating their debit cards and a lot more.
