We sell extra "revenue generating services" such as our service smart agreement, preventive mainenance checks and monthly tune up specials on variety of products. I answer customer service questions related to technician availability, warranty coverages of products. Also parts related, repair concerns and aide customer needing to cancel or reschedule their service. My best asset really is commitment to the job I will be given and to the company I may serve.
