Profile Description

I help the clients to get the quality service to maximize their return on investments provided with the ethical solutions. Also, customer service-oriented that helps clients by providing warm, genuine care for clients to resolve disputes, offer services, answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction.

The foundation of my experience is through versatility. By having this passion for giving quality work, I'd love to explore new things and learn quickly provided with the necessary information.

Below are the things that I'm doing on a day to day basis.
* WordPress admin - Creating WordPress site from the ground up
* Create a functional WordPress theme from a mock up design using Divi builder
* Woocommerce integration to email marketing services such as Activecampaign, Convertkit etc.
* Front end development - be able to customize and enhance site design by implementing CSS coding.
* Manage email marketing services - Create newsletters, automation and triggered base on subscribers action 
* Link management - Provide protocols on the back-links that will be redirected on proper pages if modified or disabled
* Monitor traffic 
* Create e books, prints and fillable forms using Adobe InDesign
* Modify or create appropriate icons or vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator to be used on site cosmetic improvements or for any artworks.
* Very Proficient in Photoshop - Can create book covers, manipulate photos and improve overall quality
* Communicate effectively by implementing protocols for easier understanding between my clients in terms of fulfilling task or doing adjustments, making sure every action is documented and accessible if needed.

With all the points being mentioned above, I will progress more quickly and use my editing skills for any type of image processing and use appropriate actions to deal with the challenges at hand, but I may need help when it comes to advanced area or back-end development.
