Profile Description
I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant for six years having relevant job experiences in Wordpress, General Admin and Customer Support.
I have installed Wordpress sites, installed and configured Wordpress themes (Studiopress and Thesis themes) and plugins, and managed website contents and scheduled article postings. I know Photoshop pretty well, I've worked as photo editor and header designer.
I have General Admin skills. I managed email and calendar, scheduled client appointments, scheduled emails in Aweber and Sendpepper, online/internet research, and data entry. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), and Google Docs and Sheets.
I also have customer support experience. I handled support tickets via email and supportdesk, and dealt with basic technical support issues such as login issues, payment inquiries and refunds.
I am proactive, self-directed, and figures things out whenever possible. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help you build your business.
