I handled all transactions with Guests to the highest standard of efficiency and customer service and remained very professional.
I received both written and verbal positive comments from the various guests on a cruise by cruise basis.
Moreover, I also received a performance review congratulating and recognizing my Guest Service.
Before working for Carnival Corporation, I was affiliated with United Coconut Planters Bank as Cash Service Associate.
I built a career there for four years.
My responsibilities were accepting, verifying and processing cash and check deposits, withdrawals of clients.
For one and a half years was the branch manager of a major retail chain, Bench.
My work involved providing exemplary customer service, overseeing the day to day operations of the store, ensuring proper cash handling, monitoring and inventory of stocks and staff management.
