I have utter confidence in my ability to write and communicate effectively in English owing to my experience in the BPO/Call Center Industry and my education. I have worked as a chat, email and phone support agent so I believe that I'm competent enough to deliver what is expected of me. I do not have any experience yet in the online market as this is fairly new to me; however I’m positive that in whatever degree of pressure or challenge I will be encountering, I'd be able to respond to it professionally with a sound decision.
