Ability to create translate high level requirements to a functional specifications and translate into design and program specifications document.
Able to lead and guide a team, and work with local and offshore development team to deliver systems according to specifications
Knowledge and application of application design concepts using OO methodologies, and be able to design systems with performance, operational maintenance, and concurrency considerations.  Be able to carry out database modeling and design.
Knowledge in OO methodologies, J2EE technologies (e.g. Core Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, PL/SQL) , with database design and modelling
Knowledge in QA testing and Analyzing and ability to fix, enhance, support program defects, integration and performance issues.
Communicate fluently with the clients when necessary to explain design delivery
Ensure quality of the delivery and work independently and as well collaborate with the team
5 years of software development experience using Java / J2EE
and two years of corporate training in J2EE technologies
Have experience in application support and maintenance for several applications (e.g. Health Insurance
System, Commercial Lines Insurance, Anti Money Laundering System, Payroll System)
With a BS degree in Mathematics Major in Computer Science, I have a full understanding of the full life cycle of a software development project. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed.
