I worked for the BPO industry for well over 5 years. I have taken hundreds of customer calls with issues ranging from billing, technical, retention and other concerns. My strength lies on the fact that I know how to handle irate customers and make sure that at the end of the call the issue is not only resolved but the customer is satisfied.
I also know the processing side of the business. I dealt with emails from various customer care representatives and make sure that it is done as requested. I was also trained as one of the team lead trainees for the team, so I was also able to get a taste of the leadership and management tasks in a team.
