Profile Description

I've worked in the corporate world for over 12 years and counting in different management roles and in various industries ranging from outsourced business processes, healthcare, supply chain, solutions, to managed services. My expertise revolve around Project Management, Customer Service, Strategic Design and Delivery, and Quality.
However, from time to time, I find it refreshing to take on freelance work. That said, I have been a freelancer for over 10 years in order to keep me sane and that's what has kept me going on. Most of my freelance work involve small projects in creative writing and administration to large projects such as acting as a consultant and overall project manager in building a website and online marketing campaign.
My freelance writing career started with writing blog posts, niche articles, academic papers, and reviews. I have since accepted bigger demands as a ghostwriter working for authors who sell their books online, ie: Amazon, as well as producing manuscripts to self-published authors. I have ghostwritten at least 75 books for 30 people for the last 5 years and produced novellas, novels, screenplays, and instructional materials in different genre.
I have also been tapped to handle big projects such as building an online marketing campaign for a product or service as well as oversee the development of a website and community. My role expected me to create a team in the project and was responsible for hiring the project team and eventual BAU members, leading the planning and implementation, driving the direction of the project and measuring the success. From time to time, I enjoy the small but constant demand of doing virtual assistant work, English tutorial, photography, and graphic design, which I do mostly in between my time if I don't have big projects or long-term clients.
