I worked in a call center for 3yrs doing an outbound/inbound calls withTimeshare campaign, AT&T , HABAND and wokred as a homebase telemarketer in which I do appointment setting,gathering informations, up selling, generating leads and even closing sales. I gather information for survey purposes and sell products and services. I am flexible and able to deal with different kinds of people. I have a good English communication skills with a pleasant voice and able to establish good rapport for me to catch the every client's trust. I'm polite, patient and i never argue with the clients even if they become irate. If I encountered some irate clients, i just give my apology and end the conversation in a nice manner. In doing calls, we I show my empathy to the clients then give the right rebuttals. I'm productive, fast learner and teachable enough. I'm dedicated to my abilities and willing to enhanced my skills to contribute more in your company. I also had the chance to work as a telemarketer and a virtual assistant in a company named "123 Employee" for about 2months. I can maintain social network sites (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin). We also maintain facebook fanpage, blog/article posting,lead/data mining,
and other social media stuffs. i am willing to work on a graveyard shift, optimistic and computer savvy. I have my personal computer with a fast internet connection.
