am a responsible employee, I can work with less supervision,
tasks given to me are completed prior to the completion date, in effect I was able to do other jobs.
My recent work experience entails me to monitor the incoming email(s) of our customers and respond to it if necessary. Also I am responsible in adding client's information in our database, deleting unnecessary records, monitoring the sales online transactions and posting/attaching to the website our new and available products.I always see to it that customers concern are being attended and assured them of our quality service all the time.
Being a Lecturer in IT I guess is an advantage. I can communicate to the customer with ease the fact that I am lecturing the students. I am trained to have a very long patient which is also a positive attitude in dealing everybody. I am adept in using computer. I have knowledge in Networking and basic PC troubleshooting. So if my computer crashed or my connection failed while working I can easily address it without asking the help of a technician. Lastly, I am a positive person and I did not set any limits
to my job because I believe it can add to my professional enhancement.
