Hi, I’m Paula! I’m an advertising professional with 8 years of experience managing paid media. I’ve worked with advertising clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. 

Currently, I focus on the CBD/Cannabis industry, launching and managing monthly ad budgets of up to $500K.I oversee advertising accounts to ensure alignment with investor KPIs while maintaining compliance with Meta’s policies. I work closely with the Advertising Growth Strategist to develop and optimize campaign strategies, creatives, and daily performance.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring, launching and optimizing ad creatives daily, resolving rejections, and ensuring proper ad details for each client is correct.
2. Analyzing campaign data to generate insights and reports for team syncs and investor meetings
3. Leading landing page briefings and coordinating with web designers to align messaging
4. Contribute to the team's weekly creative sync and brief new ads based on the top-performing creatives for each client account.
5. Communicating regularly with investors on campaign progress, testing initiatives, and scaling efforts
