I received my degree of Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines year 2007.
With regard to my career in my Hewlett-Packard, I was given a very critical position as a first role. It allowed me to practice and apply my Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering skills in an IT environment. I have successfully led and implemented several SAP project developments for HP’s biggest client, P&G. As Project Development Manager, I have experienced working with a very diverse group of people, managing several projects simultaneously and communicating to a lot of resources from different levels. I have been exposed to several challenging situations and I take great pride in timely resolving them. Easily adapting with the organization and its technology, I was given the chance to handle a completely different role so I can learn more and see things in a different perspective. From working independently most of the time, I was transitioned to a role within a project implementation handling Latin America markets - i.e., from build, testing up to implementation to production. The scope is from Order Management up to Accounts Receivable, mainly in Sales and Distribution module. During my last year in HP, I've challenged myself more by taking the Assistant Project Manager role on top of being an Implementation Functional Consultant.
I am currently working as SAP Specialist in Nestlé Philippines, Inc, driving day-to-day operations. My role in the company covers all tasks involving trade asset management in Out of Home division. I’m now on the business side as I utilize SAP as end-user. I gained knowledge on asset life cycle and management, including the financial transactions it entails.
I believe that my educational attainment and previous and current tasks equipped me to carry out any job, be it in IT (project implementation and testing), process engineering, or supply chain. I am very eager to learn and willing to be trained in all means. I am a good team player but I can manage to work independently as well. I’m passionate in doing things requiring great attention to details. Lastly, I have great sense of commitment and ownership hence I don’t let anything half-baked go out of my area of responsibility.
