callcenter work experience doing Inbound and Outbound Sales and in Customer Service. I'm flexible and easy to adapt to new environment and is highly skilled in computer and has excellent English and speech comprehension. I'm a well-rounded person who likes doing things that can learn a lot from. I'm strong and straight-forward and keep an open-mind to everything and anything. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated and can work under pressure.
Most of the job that I do is focused on project management. I'm also capable of generating sales, provide customer service to in-house clients and website related technical support. I have 7 years of callcenter work experience and just resigned from previous work last June. I've had experience on work-at-home setting recently and I do have a working laptop and an standby desktop computer available with a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
