For the past 7 years, i have worked for 3 different companies. I have been an auditor for a shipping line, which made me a detailed-oriented employee. I have been a Customer Service Representative for a call center wherein excellent communication skills is needed. I also learned that listening is a must for any transaction for a smooth and hassle-free transaction. The latest work that i have experienced was being a Customer Service Representative for a Bank. In that line of work, i have learned to work fast to make sure that all clients are served immediately but without sacrificing accuracy. I needed to make sure that every single transaction was correct and complete to avoid any customer complaints. i have also worked very well with less supervision and I am a fast learner.
