As part of the Sales & Marketing team for the past 4 years of my previous work, i have worked and talked with so many people not only local but foreign also. Aside from taking calls everyday for their bookings i also handled our corporate email whether it is regarding bookings or we say questions about our hotel and also some of them are negative reviews from our hotel. I also given a right by our resident manager to answer if there are any complaints from our guest or web based account. i personally introduce myself to our new guest when they are checking-in in our hotel and make sure that they stayed wonderful.
