iI have experience in time management and events planning as I have an 8AM to 6PM regular job in a private company as an executive secretary. I also would like to think that I am experienced with handling visa applications because I take initiative to research embassy websites for requirements, how-to or what-not-to in order to secure that visa applicants will not get denied which would have just wasted the money and time of the company. I write the company's letter to embassies, presenting the qualification of the applicants to the abroad-based sister companies and the reason for the requirement to transfer to abroad-based company. I enjoy collecting. monitoring, and submitting document requirements to embassies, and I prepare probably questions and answer script for the visa applicants to ensure that they would have confidence when they are about to have their interview of talk to the consul of different embassies. I also ensure that embassies would have no reason to deny visa application by presenting complete documents, as well as submitting complete documents. I also used to do organization development workshops, programs,and company events.
I can also write short articles as I was a contributor in my student newspaper way back in college. I can also do blog posts.
