I have worked for various Call Centers (BPOs) before and that my training ranges from Outbound telemarketing, to Customer Service (Both telephone and technical support).
I have no problems working on with computers as this is the field of my study in the past. I have worked with software installations, software testing, and the like.
I am also familiar with computer related applications like office suite and many more.
For the past two years, I have worked online already, serving clients from the UK, US and Australia. I have worked as an online staff that do cold calling for UK customers, as well as in the US. Currently, I am working part time for an Australian client (as a client liaison officer).
