Throughout my nearly six years of work as a customer service representative, I've learned how to communicate with a variety of people and address their concerns in a way that is amicable, practical, and efficient. To do this, I've had to strengthen my listening comprehension and questioning abilities. I believe that having these qualities will benefit me in my next employment opportunity.
