Communication and coordination among buyers, sellers, licensees, and all sales teams.Tracking buyer and seller leads, supplying sales packs to the licensee team, and providing customer service.Generating leads through LinkedIn, data mining, email strategies and other tools while also building client relationships, and providing support to Business Sales Upgrade to see actual infovite all new buyer/seller leads - email an invitation to the buyer or seller, use the template system which includes instructions on how to access the system.Update buyers/sellers details across multiple technology platforms, email internal teams to make them aware of buyers or sellers activity and Upgrade to see actual infossage seller agents advising the new buyer have been invited to view the listing.Monitor online chat, respond and assist buyer enquiries. Engage with buyers logged into the site.To work closely with the Brokers and coaching teams to ensure relevant leads are generated across the business sectors.Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate information and activity reports for all clients in the database.Admin support functions for the coaching side (sending appointment confirmation reminders, meeting notes and updating active campaign with actions)


* Executive Search & Recruitment functions:
Manage the recruitment projects from the candidate sourcing to candidate evaluation possibly assisted by researchers, to candidate presentation to client and monitor process with the client until the candidate placement and the candidate integration to his/her new position.Responsible for providing administrative and research support.Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, using both traditional and innovative sources to create a pipeline of qualified candidates with a focus on diverse talent.Advocate for both businesses and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and consistent communicationWork with a solid sense of urgency, filling the highest priority needs for the companyUse a combination of recruiting techniques to identify, evaluate, and hire premier talent specialization.
