Started in 2009 in a Call Center setting as a Technical Support for large TeleCom in US.
In 2011, I had the opportunity to work from home for a US based online retailer of women's apparel as a Customer Support Representative handling Live Chat, Emails and Incoming/Outgoing Calls.
Soon after, I was assigned to manage their high-volume Order Processing and that's what I've been doing up to this time.
I'm competent and a hard-worker.
I got the initiative and I can work independently at minimum supervision.
I work well also in a team.
I wanted to be at my best in all things that I do.
I'm not a perfectionist, but striving to improve is what drives me. I'm not a super speedy worker, but I pay attention to details and I like my work being done in an organized manner.
I like to challenge myself to see how far I can really go and I'm always eager to learn new things .
