I am currently employed in Japanese-owned non-profit organization called PAD Foundation, where I teach Japanese Language as a preparatory training for those who are going to work in Japan. I am also HR Officer and I screen people through interviews and training itself. I also do translations of certificates and other documents which are required for our people who we are helping in our Foundation. There are Japanese-Filipino Children and mothers who were abandoned by their fathers, Nurses and Caregivers, and Factory Workers. I have been working here since February 2007. I started as an office staff who was in-charge in making business letters, assisting in banking transactions, and other office stuffs.
I am not a college graduate, I stopped from studying due to financial problem. I was studying in University of the Philippines-Diliman, where I took BS Civil Engineering until 3rd Year. My interpersonal skill was then polished in the organization which I joined since the first semester of my freshmen year. It is UP ACES. (Association of Civil Engineering Students) It is an organization for CE students, and I became the Vice President for Internal Affairs on my Second year in UP.
I was very active in every programs, such as marketing for the events, making publicity materials, organizing human resources, etc. And during those college years, I started teaching primary and secondary students in their homes, as a tutor in different subjects. My specialty was mathematics and algebra, then.
I know how to use basic Microsoft Office applications, a little bit of photoshop editing, and I do type quite fast.
I am basically like a chameleon that can adapt into its environment.
