I have done Customer Service for a couple of months in a telecommunications company and is still working for the same company on a different department. I am now working with the admin team of the same company whose main tasks are credit checking, verifying and assessing submitted postpaid line apps, ensuring that we only approve quality postpaid line apps, encoding and activation of approved postpaid line apps, proper documentation of approved/activated postpaid line apps for further verification of each apps submitted. I can say I am knowlegeable about CRM, MT-POS AND ICS.
I have done Front Office job for five years and have obtained experience on paperworks and cashiering.
I will work diligently and figure things out whenever possible. Excellent English communication, clerical works, typing, filing, sending emails, flexible, smart worker, trainable, telephone handling.want a part-time job where I can apply my skills and enjoy what I am doing.
