I have been working online for eight years now. I have already acquired different skills and capabilities that any employer would love to have for their employee. These are the skills I’ve acquired throughout the years, starting with my previous job.

With my last employer, I was an Affiliate Marketing Manager for almost 5 years. I was the one who assists all our 1,000 plus affiliates, answering all their questions regarding our products and our affiliate system, through email and phone support. I was also the one who sets up their email marketing campaign, sending out newsletters and dedicated emails every week and setting up their auto-responder emails for the affiliate’s Free Coaching Upgrade to see actual info line with article marketing, I also communicated with other companies for a potential joint venture. If the owner approved, I was the one who sets them up in our email marketing schedule and sent out a dedicated email about their product.
Additionally, it is also my main responsibility to calculate all the revenues for each advertisement used in the newsletters as well as the revenues for each dedicated email send. I was also the one who recorded the click statistics of each email and newsletter Upgrade to see actual infot only that, I also helped in conceptualizing the forum in our website.

I’ve been with this company for the longest time. My previous employer just had to let me go last September since he’s planning to shut down the website I’m working on because it is no longer gaining profits, it is not earning enough revenues anymore and he wanted to focus on his other companies instead. I had been a product support representative for two years, giving technical support over the phone for configuring routers, modem routers, switches, hubs, range extenders and wireless USB adopters to North American Upgrade to see actual infot only I was a technical support representative at that time but we were also required to sell services such as remote access, technical support for out-of-warranty products and other basic, intermediate and advance technical supports to our customers throughout the technical support call.

All these many years in working online, I already developed the right characteristics that any employer would want in their employee. First, I’m a detail-oriented person. I’m the kind of person who has a list on everything, who breakdown projects into small parts and provide schedule for each task. I even always update my employer, listing all the tasks I’ve finished that day. I have a strong working ethics. I don’t disappear. If ever there is a family emergency, I always make sure to email my employer first before going out of the house.

Furthermore, I’m a well adept researcher. If I don’t know something, I always research it online before asking my employer about it. However, if after all that research and I’m still at loss, I don’t hesitate to inform my employer about it. I’m not afraid to ask questions. I don’t hide my mistakes. I always set expectations so my employer would know when he could expect me to finish a project or whether I could finish the project in the deadline that he set. Additionally, I’m not afraid to learn something new. I even welcome it.

With my eight years’ experience of working online, I could say that any employer would love to have me as one of their employee. I’m loyal. I stick to my job and I don’t jump from one job to another. My employer could guarantee that I could be with him from the start of his company to the end. He/she doesn’t need to worry if he/she would be wasting his time training me and I would end up leaving his company a few months after. Thus, my employer could guarantee that someone is looking out for his/her company, even if he’s on vacation.
