For the last 4 years, I assisted online members with the General concerns & helped them to get it resolved the best possible way and referred to the correct Specialist, if needed and the concern is outside General support scope. Trained in multi-tasking since we chatted to 3-5 members at a time with different concerns and made sure quality support given for each one. The goal was 10 chats per hour. What worked for me is to work smarter, not necessarily longer. My goal was to get the job done, whatever that takes, in the most efficient manner and shortest time possible.
My other skills other than customer service are data entry, internet searching, architectural designing.
