I've been a technical support representative, both voice and non-voice, for AT&T for two years.
As a chat representative for a year I learned:
-email configuration (outlook, eudora, windows mail, etc)
-troubleshoot internet connection problems (windows and mac)
-assist members in troubleshooting their televisions (AT&T set top boxes)
As a call center agent I learned:
-to assist member on their bills and rebate problems
-assist members for payment arrangements
-account upgrades and downgrades for their services
I've been a sports editor of our school newspaper for 2 years as well and have experienced editing term papers, thesis and case studies.
I am computer literate and a fast learner.. I am open minded and very flexible.. I can work with minimum supervision. I am willing to be trained and learn so that I can perform my tasks correctly.
