As of now i am a call center agent for a local account.Of course im computer literate.Being an agent i know how to handle the peoples concern through phone. Im very patient and responsible with everything.I always make sure to it that every concern i receive will be handle properly and will help the customers solve there concern.I know im still young
but i will do my best if you will give me
a chance for whatever job you will give me. The only work background that i have is as being a call center agent for 2 companies already(same local account).The first one is as a customer service rep and the second is being a technical service rep.I hope that this fits of what your looking for.
