My most important experience is when i work as a customer service representative at ePLDT Ventus in Sampaloc Manila. I handle local account under Smart Prepaid. It was pressure most of the time but i still manage to finish a call under 200 seconds or less and i think my advantage is that i'm a information technology graduate. I able to use some computer skills that others don't. I type faster than most of them and i did manage to gather skills as fast as it could possibly be. I'm knowledgeable in MS word and i think im capable of working in your company. I want a stable job from a stable company. I have skill set about anything about basketball, foreign and local i'm updated. I'm also knowledge in the sport of baseball, tennis and football as well.
