Bigfoot's account is mainly email forwarding and anti spam,and i worked as an email support rep. Wipro's accout was a Telecommunications company and i worked a voiced customer rep, resolving issues via inbound calls, and Convergys has a financial account, especiffically credit cards, i also worked as a service and sales rep, resolving card products issues through inbound calls.
