I started working since 2004 as a technicain/telemarketer/troubleshooter in an internatinal company (BPO, active resource) while studying at the same time, I sell vonage device (VoIP) worth $400-$500 each, pretty much hard selling it 'cause of its cost is quite expensive and we were still intruducing VoIP to public and market that time, skype was never heard before. I worked there for a year then I graduated in 2006, I took computer programming course.
June 2006, I became an encoder to a local financing company (GDFI or Global Dominion Financing Incorporated) in ortigas to messenger to liaison officer and promoted to marketing assistant. So I finished my contract for 1 year.
Oct of 2007 I applied and became a customer support in another outsourced company which was Telus International. After being a customer care support for about two years I became a technical support, which has a much higher salary compared to being customer support representative. After 6 months, I was promoted as a mentor, couple of months later I was promoted as a Tier 2 support or supervisor.
