My current skillset are supporting Unified Communication Cisco devices mainly Cisco Unified Communications Manager / Unity / Presence / Expressways / Voice-Analog gateways / CUBE / SBC (Ribbon) / Webex Calling / MS Teams. Most of my work experiences are from Major US Telco carriers so i'm very familiar from Analog / ISDN up to Cloud based systems.
Had training on Webex ContactCenter and previously supported Cisco on-prem Contact Centers like UCCE / PCCE which is similar to Webex CCE components.
Holds good knowledge in all Servers, Databases,Firewall and some Network Devices.
currently learning cisco devnet track for automation on Telephony side.
