Current skill set is supporting Cisco Collaboration on-prem products mainly CallManager / Unity(Voicemail) / Presence Server / Expressways / CUBE ASR / ISR / M6 broadsoft with little support on SBC (Ribbon) / WxCC / Cisco Journey Portal or Cisco Broadworks and MS Teams

was previously supporting on-prem (UCCE/PCCE) Contact Centers including recording devices (Calabrio/Verint), call flow in End to End, ICM Scripting, & Troubleshooting other ICM components.

Holds good knowledge in all Servers, Databases,Firewall and some Network Devices.
