Profile Description

I have more than 2 years of experience working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry (BPO). I worked for several call center companies in the Philippines as a customer service representative, appointment setter, lead generation specialist and telemarketer. I also received multiple training for the accounts that I have handled be it inbound or outbound. I've been a customer service representative for almost 2 years and sales agent for 1 year, so I'm more interested in calls (inbound and outbound).
I am interested in taking up data entry, web research, wordpress, email handling, data quality analysis, application testing and workforce management jobs. In my experience, I also had an opportunity to lead a team of 5 people to excel in customer service for 2 months.
