Profile Description

I am result oriented and trainable. I am responsible, diligent and can work with minimal supervision.
I have worked for Accenture for the past 6 years. I am a trained software tester mainly doing manual testing of software programs during my first 2 years with the company. I also worked on administrative support and operation roles in Accenture for the succeeding years I stayed with them. I have managed more than 50+ people who were in training and was responsible in reviewing all their time reports, giving orientation trainings and deployment notices. I was also given the opportunity to assign people to different projects based on their experiences and expectations which I have gathered when I have one on one sessions with the resource. I also came up with programs, policies and initiatives within our group that will make the people more productive while they were in training. I also participated in Continuous Improvement projects and group of the company for a year.
Moreover, I also joined the Human Resource group of Accenture which gave me more in depth experience in administrative work such as records management wherein I led the team handling and maintaining all the Employee Files. I coordinated with third party vendors, worked with the Onshore team who were responsible with the introducing electronic file management as well as dealing with employee concerns daily regarding requests for copies of documents found in the Employee files. I was also given the opportunity to attend and be among the first 3 employees of Accenture Manila who was certified with a Green Belt in Six Sigma and was able to finish my Green Belt project within 2 months of the certification training. My project helped address challenges found in our process area.
I also have experienced managing my own small tutorial business for a while wherein we designed materials for our students that would help them with their school work and projects.
Furthermore, I worked for an outsourcing company for a retail brand together with my brother and did coordination with suppliers, plant and factory oculars as well as manual QA work.
