I would like to call myself a marvelous multi-tasker. I have been in the online job community for over three years now, having worked not just as a writer but also as a project manager/team leader. The last three years as an online worker have taught me a number of skills which include the following:
1. Content writing - writing original, flawlessly-done, sensible articles based on thorough research.
2. Spinning - manually re-writing old articles to make new ones; also using spinning tools like Spinner Chief, etc.
3. Proofreading - checking articles written by other writers to correct grammatical errors, spelling, and overall quality. I see to it that only top-quality articles are published.
4. Wordpress - posting articles with pictures and related links for clients.
5. Managing e-mails - sending and replying to e-mails from clients and processing new orders.
6. Team leading - making sure that everyone else on the team is doing their job, setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and monitoring the overall progress of different projects.
On top of these skills, I have also learned that working online requires more inner strength than people would generally expect. For one, you have to be dedicated enough to work on your own time -- without anyone physically present to prod you into actually doing it. You have to treat it like your regular office job where time-ins and outs are mandatory. Moreover, you have to be productive in a very comfortable zone where you may easily succumb to distractions. The key is discipline. You just really have to be above every distraction and circumstance in order to deliver.
With above skills and work principles I uphold, I look forward to becoming an asset in a company that offers any related full-time job.
