I used to be an online English tutor to Korean students teaching basic English grammar. I'm a certified BERLITZ passer acing BERLITZ International Assessment standard.
I am dedicated to excellent service and customer satisfaction. I have a call center experience as a customer service and inbound sales representative with knowledge of customer service principles and practices. our customer are Americans from US Mainland. I was awarded as team player in CCIS Educational Foundation during our training in the call center and got 100% Quality Assurance scores and commendations in CS and inbound sales.
I am able to multi-task, flexible with different time schedules and open for new learning in any field. I am also willing to undergo any training to enhance my skills. I have good computer skills such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and proficient in relevant computer applications. Most specially, I do have a good English speaking, writing, and keyboard skills and is able communicate and follow-up intelligently via email.
