as Technical Support Representative II in Technical account supporting Broadband connection from one of biggest BPO company here in the Philippines.I can say that my English proficiency is good,been working for the company for 3 years and 8 months. We are called Floor Support. Aside from providing Technical support to the agents, I also do administrative jobs such reports, data entry and report analysis.
