If you are looking for someone to handle phone calls for you, you wont regret hiring me. For 10 years and counting I've been dealing with US based clients. Worked in a call center industry for 6 years and 5 years with online employers. Experience, expertise and determination to succeed is what I can contribute to your company.
I have helped numerous real estate investors, brokers and agents focus more on important things they had to do by taking charge of phone calls and emails. With that being said, I do things like COLD CALLING ( FSBO, expired, cold and warm leads), APPOINTMENT SETTING, NEGOTIATING OFFERS, CONTRACT SIGNING, FOLLOW UP, RESEARCH and DATA ENTRY.
Working with different clients made me familiar with applications and software not limited to googledocs, googlevoice, freedomsoft, freedomvoice, landvoice, dropbox, zbuyer, realtytracker, contactually, workforce, realtyjuggler, salesforce, voicenation, skype, excel, word, etc..
